TabTrade — The Short Version
TabTrade.com went live in March 2026. CFD broker incorporated in Saint Lucia, regulated by the FSRA. The founder is Benjamin Boulter. Prior to TabTrade, he was a senior exec at BlackBull Markets, an FMA-regulated broker.
His background matters. It suggests the person running this is not figuring it out from scratch. Does not mean TabTrade is the same as BlackBull. Still preferable to a founder with no industry background.
The broker opened with Equinix LD4/LD5 connectivity. Same data centres prime brokers run on. Most new brokers focuses on ads and sign-up promos. These guys went the other way. Unusual for a new broker.
Market coverage: FX, indices, metals, commodities, equities, cryptocurrencies, exchange-traded funds. A wide spread. For a broker that launched in March 2026, that coverage is solid.
What You Trade On
They offer: MetaTrader 5, cTrader by Spotware, and web trading. Both platforms from one account. Most brokers only give you one or the other. Having both is useful. Pick what suits your style.
MT5 is what most people know. Full charting, EAs, massive community. If you have used MT4 or MT5 previously, it is familiar territory.
cTrader by Spotware is the alternative. Better depth of market. Smoother chart interaction. cBot support. Many people find it more natural once they try it.
FIX API is there for bots but needs the VIP tier ($25,000 to open). TradingView is reportedly on the roadmap. That will be a good addition when it lands.
What You Pay
Three tiers: Standard, Edge, VIP.
Standard account. Spread starts at 1.0 pips. Commission-free. Simple. Zero deposit requirement. Works for people who want simple pricing.
Edge. Interbank-style spreads from 0.0 pips average. Flat commission of $3.50 per side. What you actually pay: raw spread plus $7 per full lot. On EUR/USD, the actual interbank spread is often below 0.2 pips. So your actual cost per trade can sit below 0.5 pips. That is good for a broker with $0 to start. Most platforms that have spreads this tight want $500 or more to open. Tab Trade requires zero deposit.
VIP. $25,000 deposit required. FIX API, faster fills, negotiated fees. Not for the average person. Do not worry about it unless you run serious volume.
How Fast Are the Fills
The speed is where Tab Trade stands apart. Equinix LD4/LD5. Under 30ms on Edge. Under 20ms on VIP. That is institutional numbers. Most retail brokers run hundreds of milliseconds.
Should you care? If you scalp, yes. The gap between a 30ms fill and a 200ms fill is catching the move or missing it. If you trade higher timeframes, you probably will not feel it. But the fact that the infrastructure is there. That is what kind of broker this is.
Pair those fill times with raw spreads at $3.50 per side and what you get makes sense. Not many platforms with no minimum deposit have infrastructure at this level.
Safety
Here is the part you need to be straight about. TabTrade is under the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Saint Lucia. That is outside tier-1 jurisdiction. No CySEC. No fund protection scheme. If the lack of tier-1 regulation makes you uncomfortable, stop reading. There are ASIC-licensed brokers out there.
That said. The founder came from BlackBull Markets, a proper broker. The server placement costs real money. Scam brokers do not bother with tier-1 data centre access. None of this replace tier-1 regulation. It does factor into your decision.
The deal: no FCA or ASIC safety net. For that: 1:1000 leverage, cheap spreads, no minimum deposit, fast fills. Whether that makes sense depends on you.
Welcome Offer
TabTrade runs a deposit bonus of up to $2,000. Standard welcome offer. You put money in, TabTrade credit extra capital. Usual conditions attached: minimum lots traded before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Review the fine print before you deposit.
